Firstly, is this for an essay? If so, you really shouldn’t be trolling the Internet for help, but………as long as you are here…make sure you give me some credit in your works cited (just kidding

).
What kind of detail are you looking for? Is it primary or secondary sources? Is it both rebellions (history usually makes a distinction between the two separate uprisings) or just one or the other?
Some quick help:
Upper Canada
1. Oligarchy – Family Compact
2. Enlightenment principles and political applications
3. Land Grant System – some saw land grant monopolies as unfair
4. Clergy Reserves – land (prime farming) was reserved for church and businesses, not farmers
Lower Canada
1. Class System? New intellectual elites were being denied influential political positions – Chateau Clique
2. French-Canadian Nationalism – many Lower Canadiens (French, rural and agrarian) were subordinate to English-speaking minority
3. Financial Control – assembly controlled finances – Legislative Council continuously blocked Assembly’s bills
4. Threat of Political Union – Bathurst had supported the political union of Upper and Lower Canada – Patriotes were afraid of political (thus, cultural) assimilation
5. Enlightenment principles and political applications (especially among elites)
Any questions?
And still no history medal?
