I am actually mid level management(means I get shit from above and below) for the company that I work for.
We just sat through our updated Sexual Harassment policy for 2006.....this could be the clone for it...except in ours there were two gents fliping through a porn mag...and telling a female peer...that she only wished she was hot enough to be in it......

This is great - reminds me of the last firm I worked with - the sexual harrassment class itself was the single most offensive event of my time with that company and they ended it after I filed a complaint about it.
The new firm's policy is simple: Don't do this crap or we'll can your ass.

The examples were a little over the top. To make the point better, they should have used more realistic scenarios.
