Obviously its an emergency,if you listen closely you can here the horns or sirens going. Didnt seem like anyone was too worried about getting out of the way without a small lovetap.

I like the comment at the end.

No zig thats SOP. They don't stop because if they do they are a magnet for an ambush. Policing a civil war is insane. To me it looked like Baghdad roulette considering any one of the trunks they were 'tapping' could have been loaded with TNT. Add to that the troops are now on their 4th and 5th tours now. PTSD doesn't even touch what they are going though, the ones that live that is. I'm amazed they didn't just fire a few rounds instead of honk the horn.

I can believe it,I saw the video of them taking shots at vehicles that wouldnt move. I dont think a lot of people know (including me) how bad it really is there.

US Helicopters Shot Down (Video)

Military says 4 aircraft were lost to hostile fire

Looks like the locals got their hands on some SA7 missiles.

now that pisses me off, too many people....wealthy people are helping out the insurgency.

I don't think it will be a huge problem for the US in the future, I doubt you'll see too many more shot down. But they will sacrifice some of their air superiority for it...

What he means is that you are a liberal, and must automatically be pleased with news of America's failure in Iraq and loss of the American troops.

That or the fact what he posted had absolutely nothing to do with the topic. It would appear as he was trying to spread "the good news".

C'mon Pug, lets play fair. Your the one who used the term,"the good news". Not even my quotation marks. Your reference is not only inappropriate but appears a wee bit twisted. Real folk do not take pleasure in the death of any of these people. Oh! and I count Scape as "real folk". I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now.

I've corrected my thread and I won't use that tone with Scrape again.
It was not appropriate with him.

I willl use that tone with Calgary123 and Abba however. Their previous comments leave little doubt to their opinion of American troops.
