Just saying that, as usual, there is a gross disparity in technology here.. The Israeli's have a US developed missile defense system thanks to the Israel hating Obama and the Palestinians have nothing.

Israel developed the Iron Dome system and funded that development themselves.
That being said I believe most of the Iron Dome batteries in operation were paid for by the US, along with a number of interceptors
If the Iranians weren't supplying long range strike missiles to the Palestinians, Iron Dome wouldn't exist.

They could always try not lobbing anything in the first place.
But, hmm, nope. Seems they now have Iranian missiles
that can reach even farther.
Bully for them.
Meanwhile, while the world is distracted with Gaza, what is Iran doing?

I thought it was a bit surreal that the people at the party just seemed to go on without a care in the world as all this was happening. I suppose they're used to it now, a bit like being at Kandahar during a rocket attack after you've been there a few months. You get to know if a rockets coming in close or not and usually just crack on with what you were doing as the newbies dive for cover.
