Gee ... all they had to do was go to just about any base and they would have seen that. Bet they shelled out big money for the report too. Doubt this will change anything though.

Yes too many officers and they have down loaded admin duties to NCMs who could be better tasked training troops ,instead of being strapped to a computer.

Well we could use a few less Generals, could we not. What's the latest count? I think it's 62 or 64, what do they do all day with a full staff of people?
