Rename service commands?

Nice idea but someone will lose in the cost and just in stationery alone the cost will be humungus. You know the government, eh! 
Tell me about it. In the 16 years I have been in, the manning pool for the fleet has gone through the following names :
Ship's Manning List
Ship's Personel List
Ship's Personel Holding List
Fleet Augmentation Atlantic
It has another now I think, or it may just be the organization that now runs FAA............ LOL
