Anyone know if there's an organization that sends care packages to our troops in Afghanistan, Bosnia etc

You'll be surprised what you receive in those care packages. I received several good ones when I was in Croatia. Basically, you can send just about anything but make sure it's wrapped well, it's a small package and that nothing jiggles! On the customs declaration itemize it as personal or toilettries with a value of about $15.
