Looks like a YF-23 but with most of the Arrow features.
Interesting Concept. Most of the stats are over inflated but would be curious to see how it would really cost and how it would perform compared to the rest of the world.

   

It would require tens of billions in infrastructure development before you'd get one off the ground. It's possible but unlikely in a country that has problems figuring out how to replenish her Navy when it is at sea.

No offense, I'm just stating something that's been hashed out on this board more than a few times.

   

I rather hate that video. Just seems way over the top for something that only exists in a 3D Modeling application.

   

I don't think that Canada will ever produce another fighter plane... sorry.

   

This again? The price of this thing would make the Raptor or Lightning II look like a bargain.

   

It's easy to point out your neighbour's problems, all while your own house is in such shambles.

We've done it once, Bart, and we as a whole are more than capable to do it again. Is it practical? Perhaps, but is definitely something we could achieve.

That said, it is a sexy aircraft. I do think it rather unlikly that we will opt for the "homegrown" solution. I think we'll get something like the Eurofighter.
