NICKELBACK are a kik ass Canadian band! anyone else agree? i seen them in concert last summer....what can i say? they were amazing....

   

I agree, I seen them at a rockfest called Shakin' the Lake up in Manitoba back in 2000. They really wern't at all mainstream back then and they kicked some ass too. I liked them before I seen them there and come to think of it, it was pretty funny 'cause alot of people didn't know who Nickleback was back then.

I saw them on top groose mountain for Canada Day a few years back, Awsome show!

   

I'm surprised how well they have done in the UK, they really are a great band who deserves credit. They rock.

   

They have a new CD called The Long Road coming September 23rd. It's really good. Lots of great songs.

   

I was at that show too. Hell of a good time! I remember Power 97 started playing Nickelback that spring and thinking "These guys are awsome". They've come a long way since then.

   

Nickelback are alright,but I find their music quite repetitive.

I wish they would experiment with their sound more,maybe work with some new producers.

   

urg. they have a few decent singles but they fail to venture out of their own familiar sound. i wish they'd stretch themselves a bit. they're talented musicians.

   

I like them, nice sound. I wish they could have a go at some death metal type music, like "Suffocation" or something like that.

   

They get a bad rap from the media which I could never figure out why, even in Calgary I saw a radio ad on a bus claiming it was "nickleback free" whats up with that?
