Well there's the sponsorship scandal, the bluenose II, all the shit we never hear about...
The further left a government leans, generally the more money a government has, the harder it is to keep all that money off sticky fingers.
The further right a government leans, the larger the seperation between rich and poor.
Canada leans a little left...
