It isn't treason. Separatists aren't using violence or force to try to overthrow the government of Canada. S.46 of the CC makes clear the distinctions between treason and high-treason and what constitutes either or both.
Separatism is closer to sedition, but it's not really unlawful resistance either. But, the end result is the same, they want to bust up the country.
And where is USCAdad? Has he not finished having his girlfriend research his posts so he can continue to make a contradictory argument?
By the by there USCAdad, there is a MASSIVE flaw in your argument from day one. A glaring and fatal flaw. I don't bandy the term contradictory, I use it to describe your argument accurately. You'll be home, crying like a baby when you realize what you've done.
Oh and try reading harder. I wrote the thing regarding the USCAdad School of Bad Debating, not Mustang. But, you're no stranger to messing things up and confusing them too, are you?

You know who I'm really disappointed in? Dummy Matt. First he gets himself thrown off another website for piling on the racial slurs, then he comes back here, gets huffy and drops down for a duel but fucks off for the bottom of a whiskey bottle when I respond.
I can't believe I own his soul that much that he can't even muster a defence, drunkenly racist or otherwise.
