Can Canada vote Quebec out of Canada?

No matter how many times you people burn down the White House we won't take Quebec! Not in 1812 and not now! If Canada tries to make us take Quebec it'll mean WAR!!! We'll kick you all the way to the Lake of The Woods and then when it's all done we'll make YOU take New Jersey! That'll teach you to mess with the USA!!!!
I don't think we can make you do anything. It would be up for Quebec to join the United States of America and for Americans such as yourself to accept them. I hardly doubt there would be a war over it. If there were ever a war the United States would never be able to conqueror the vast territory of Canada.

I have an idea.
Since Quebec and Alaska have strong seperatist movements, the Canadian and American Goverments can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. I say the Canadians should deport the Quebecois to Alaska and for the Americans to give Alaska its independence with a French speaking majority to punnish the Alaskans.
By sending the Quebecois to Alaskas they will be far away from Anglophone Canada and America.
Quebec belongs to Canada today
Quebec belongs to Canada tomorrow
Quebec belongs to Canada forever
The Americans and Canadains can punnishe the Alaskan and Quebec Seperatist if they did this.
