He is using the same playbook but with less panache and more brute force. Just listen to the chorus of hoots and wails whenever a point is made by the government in the house during question period during the last 6 months. It's been bad for a while but it is getting out of hand at this point.

The cons under PP have become more hysterical and lead by emotions and outburst/slogans.

This is NOT normal. We have always had some outbursts but never a crescendo like this. He is ALL IN on jacking up the discourse so that they can pound the table so loudly that they can flip the table.

   

PP doubled down and got kicked out like a clown.
