So YOU are telling me I should be glad THE ABORIGINAL VETS FOUGHT THEIR ASSES OFF IN THE SECOND WW, eh? Sorry, sweets, but I don't care whether those soldiers were white, black, purple, orange or red, or even rednecks. They were there, and yes, I am glad. But I am not going on my knees for that. It has been over 60 years ago, and if they hadn't been there, my life would have been different, probably. But it isn't, and I am not gonna kiss YOUR ass for the men who were there, cause YOU weren't. I OWE YOU NOTHING.

I'm not sure whether to tell you to get a dictionary or a clue... because you need both badly. I don't imagine you have the mental capacity to do both of those tasks, so don't bother trying, wouldn't want you to give yourself a migraine.
I'd suggest the dictionary, if you can at least spell people will assume you have an IQ of at least 80, despite how stupid your opinions are.

The Europeans had no way of knowing about matters when they first got here or what was going to happen? And it is unfair to make judgments about that today based on what we know presently. I think that's "present-mindedness." Were all guilty of committing what historians call "present-mindedness" and that was what I was trying to say.

I have no idea what "historians call present-mindedness". All I say is it is what it is now, not much to change about it. Personally, I think, that if things didn't happen the way they did, the world would have been a different place now.
I might even still be in Indonesia, or not even born. Who cares? I live now, not in the day my great-great grandparents lived. Not in the days they were surpressed. Not in the days of the dinosaurs. I live now, I made my own choices based on my own experience.
All I have heard you say, is that the white Europeans did you wrong years and years ago, and that you need to be compensated for that. From my taxes. And you want respect in the same time. Next thing you do, is drag the WWII into this. I wasn't born, my grandfather had Jews in his house. Do I expect those Jews to pay me because my grandfather saved them? Of course not! I am just glad they are still alive. Some members of my family were killed during that war. Do I blame the now living Germans for that? NO. Of course not. Do I want them to pay me? NO, of course not. It was just that way, and there is only one to blame, and that's Hitler.
Maybe you need to stop blame "the white conquerers" for things that happened ages ago, and just be glad with the way people living now (of all races) are trying to make up for it. Just stop whining, and adept. Accept what has been offered, and move on. Staying to live in the past is only ruining your life.

Yes I admit I'm guilty of it as well. There is no way of knowing whether or not the natives were better off, or, worse off after the boats from europe came. What I do know is that people today make it sound like the indians were better off and to me that's questionable, but as I said, there is no way of knowing. I know of aboriginal vets who fought in the war despite the injustices committed to their parents and grantparents
Nobody ever mentions how the navajo language and the code-talkers played a huge role and how that factors into all of our freedom today! So there! PLZ don't say the indians didnt do a damn thing! WHo knows what may have happened if the code was cracked. I know I worked hard for what I have to day and I know many natives who have as well. My Anishnabe WWII Veteran Grandfather would probably beat respect into you for making that comment. But maybe not, He sacrificed, along side his brothers (Canadians) so that people like you could spout off. He fought for freedoms for all, not only Canada, but for occupied Europe as well.
