Sellers only sell because there are buyers... follow the money.
Faith's new campaign ad.
Oh, I get it!
White people are responsible for what dead people did in days of yore!
I was reading - I think it concerned the Muslim slave trading post of Zanzibar - and I got the impression the muslim slave hunting (where Muslims were coordinating and participating in the hunt) happened in east Africa.
I'll have a quick check...
This should do for now:
Faith is surprised by all the support she's getting in spite of the MSM blackout on her campaign.
Media blackout?
There are 24 people running for Mayor. Just because she knows how to use Youtube to beg for donations doesn't make her a viable candidate. She's a fringe candidate at best.
P.S. She referred to the Toronto Sun as 'liberal controlled'.
I read the first 2 pages, and last one. You guys keep going on and on. Is this all about racism? Really? She doesn't come across as a white supremacist. And I find racism truly idiotic. If you read Canadian history, there was racism against Scots, against Irish, against Germans, against every group of white people. The rich aristocracy were prejudiced against working people. The richest were even prejudiced against bourgeoisie. Anyone who's prejudiced is prejudiced against everyone.
This became an issue because Wednesday night I worked with a young co-worker who was blatantly racist. It was disgusting. I tried to correct him, but he wouldn't listen to a word I said, and continued to repeat his lies.
However, I don't find Goldy racist. It's refreshing seeing the other side. I may not agree with everything she says, but the reaction is extreme.
You wouldn't think that at all if you educated yourself on what she was doing at last year's neo-Nazi rally/riot in Charlottesville. Her behaviour there was so reprehensible that even a right-wing extremist like Ezra Levant had to cut ties with her and fire her from The Rebel.
Really? Did you watch her video report. You realize the rally was about a Confederate monument. In 1996, I lived in a suburb of Richmond Virginia; a local couple lectured me on the Civil War. It wasn't about slavery. At all. Lincoln signed a law allowing slavery to continue. No slavery in the North, nor any new states, but would continue in the Deep South. In fact, any run-away slaves caught anywhere in the US, including the North, would be hunted down and taken back to their master. The US federal government had been controlled by the South until the election of Abraham Lincoln. There were northern presidents before him, but that was the first time the North controlled Congress. They decided to take revenge; they applied taxes to products only produced in the South. This was an attempt to establish economic domination as well as political, and ensure their political control was permanent. It was about power and money. All wars are about power and money, so why be surprised. The South declared succession, and brought the case for succession to the Supreme Court. They also claimed all military bases in the South would be theirs. But Lincoln claimed they would continue to be owned/operated by the North. Southern generals said no. Lincoln moved all military personnel and weapons to a newly constructed base called Fort Sumter. Young solders on both sides got hot-headed, shots were fired, that started the war. A few years after the war the North made slavery illegal. The South had to accept that. While I lived in Virginia, we worked with individuals from the corporate head office in Elizabeth New Jersey. I found more racial equality in Virginia than New Jersey.
The couple who lectured me said they feel occupied and subjugated in their own country.
Last year in Charlottesville there was a rally in support of the monument. White supremacists crashed the rally. It wasn't a white supremacist rally, it was a rally to protect American history and a monument of Southern Culture. To make matters worse, Antifa showed up. That's a left-wing group that opposes what they think is white supremacy, and uses violence. The violence was started by Antifa. Although some white supremacists had weapons too. There were rumours both sides were funded by the same rich manipulators, both white supremacists and Antifa. Those funding the rioters wanted violence. Pictures showed individuals presenting themselves as white supremacists carrying symbols of Nazis, pre-World War 1 Germany, and fascist Italy. What white supremacist would even recognize the war flag of pre-World War 1 Germany? Yet it was there, carried by an individual whose facial expression did not signify intelligence. Someone manipulated that kid.
Look: the US has several major problems. One problem is a concerted effort by some rich Yankees to commit cultural genocide, to wipe-out the culture of the Deep South. They don't seem to understand that the Civil War is over. If they continue, they'll start another Civil War. And the culture of the Deep South is not white supremacist; they're more egalitarian than Yankees. In fact white supremacists at Charlottesville were from the North!
Hmm. Just watched the campaign video posted by N_Fiddledog. The video complains about violent crime, then complains John Tory's response is diversity. Really? Blame ethnic groups?
The video "Total Media Blackout" she claimed residents don't want their neighbourhoods overrun with illegal refugees. Um, well, what evidence claims refugees cause crime? Let's see some hard stats!
As for "safe injection sites", why encourage illegal drugs. If you want to discourage that activity, shouldn't it be dangerous?
You gotta admit, she's a beautiful woman. But a beautiful woman won the Liberal nomination for the federal election in 2011 in my riding. Ilona Niemczyk had never worked on an election campaign before, had no idea what was involved. She was as beautiful as a super-model, hair and makeup looked professionally done, always dressed as if she just came from the cover of a fashion magazine, and was a great public speaker. She made a great SpokesModel. However, ask her about policy: she didn't have a clue. She just read from the official Liberal policy book. She had no clue what she would do with the position, and no clue about policy. The voters noticed. The guy who replaced me part way through the election of 2008 was the first Liberal to get less than 10% of the vote. I didn't think anyone could do worse. Ilona proved me wrong, she did worse. She got only 5.0% of the vote, barely above the Green Party candidate. So being a beautiful woman doesn't win elections.
11 pages of discussion for someone that would be lucky to get 5000 votes?
Total waste of time.
