Flipping through the channels on my TV and caught a glimpse of the Federal Liberal Swearing In Ceremony on CTV. Saw this:

Who is the guy in the red circle? Is he the new Health Minister? I know that politicians have something of a reputation for being dirty, rotten scoundrels, but this guy might be taking it a little too far.
