Canada Kicks Ass
Flaw in Pro Life Argument

REPLY

westmanguy @ Tue May 22, 2007 5:39 pm

Get this straight first I am Pro Life.

But a lot of pro-lifers are asked the question:

If abortion is illegal:

Is there a penalty?

If so what is the penalty?

A lot of pro-lifers say no penalty but yes to penalty to murders of born lives.

Therefore that gives the pro-choicers the possibility to say:

So you say its a life but this life isn't worth any punishment from the woman who aborted it but a wife that kills her husband in a feud is?

Thats why we pro lifers have to come together and say they can be charged with:

1st degree murder
2nd degree murder
manslaughter

And in the USA they are valid for the DEATH penalty.

Don't you already have a thread on this very topic?

Dayseed @ Thu May 24, 2007 3:22 am

Only Murder in the first degree is punishable by death in certain States in the US. But, hey, don't let facts get in your way of things. Keep on truckin'!

The discusion about pro-life turned into a 1 choice thing. It was started as the opposite of the abortion thread. Pro-life apparently means against abortion. Pro choice however, doesn't mean "have all abortions done just for fun".

Pro-life IMO is way more then just say NO to abortion. It means not killing an animal for food too, don't kill a mosquito, no death penalty, take care of every life God created (and that said by an atheist), even if it's a danger to someone or something.

So, before you start another thread about pro-life, please define YOUR idea of pro-life.

A human life is of more value then a mosquito.

Grasping at Straws BRENDA?

I am against the Death Penalty an against that as an option in a murder trial for a mother that aborts. But the death penalty has nothing to do with abortion. The baby is born INNOCENT and convict is alive and GUILTY.

Liberals are so rampant they take killing piece by piece a heart beating, brain waves fetus and call it a constitutional right.

How society has fallen.

Holy cripes!

You ever stop to wonder how many species of plants are destroyed in the name of agriculture? You ever stop to wonder how many animals have died to plant those fields, and to protect those farmer's profits?

Yes, Brenda, something even had to die so you could eat that slice of tofu for lunch. It all has to die for your tofu, Brenda! That tofu might as well be kicking and screaming when you throw it in the oven. BTW, have you considered how many animals died to bring you the power that your oven is using to cook the Tofu?

In order for something to live, something or someone else has to die. There's nothing more natural or normal than death giving life. Get used to it, Brenda.

You don't even begin to understand what I said, do you?

I have never been talking about a LIVE BORN BABY, that should be aborted.

tofu is a soy product. I was being sarcastic.

do you really think you are scorings points by arguing against a statement this wasn't serious to begin with?

If this is you style, then try going to another forum, I suggest $$$$$$$$ they have a sub culture there that is so dysfunctional that nothing gets discussed.

i cannot understand what was so offending in my post that made you respond so crude... trying to score?
