Wall is still no.1 with an approval rating of 66%, which was an increase of 4 points, followed by Manitoba's Brian Pallister. At the bottom, Newfoundland and Labrador's Ball has the lowest approval rating, at 17%, saving Wynne's Ontario Liberals from holding that distinction, at 24% approval.

I can't believe that 24% still approve of this POS. Likely centered in Toronto or Ottawa.
