wonder what the OPP will do if the Six Nations refuse to give up the suspects, probably f**k all. Mind you if they have any sense they'll turn them in becaus ethat way I'm sure the OPP will continue to obligingly turn a blind eye to more minor indiscretions.
Saw a Claedonia resident on City TV calling the OPP the Ontario Political Pawns and the Ontario Provincial Pansies

Six Nations Confederacy disheartened by incidents at Caledonia
CALEDONIA, ON, June 10 /CNW/ - The actions which occurred at the Six
Nations Reclamation site and within the town of Caledonia today are very
disheartening. The Haudenosaunee are a people of peace and do not condone
violence of any form. Our prayers and concern are with those who were injured
during the outbreaks today. A peaceful co-existence with our neighbours and
the safety of all remain at the paramount of our concerns.
The Haudenosaunee/Six Nations have been working with the Provincial and
Federal government to find a peaceful resolution to this tense situation. The
negotiations have been promising as a way to work towards a peaceful
resolution. The land rights of all our people are of great concern and are at
the heart of this situation.
Our people follow the Great Law of Peace and are not a people of
violence. An investigation has been launched and the Six Nations police have
been asked to assist in this process. The individuals who were involved in
these incidents have been removed from the Reclamation Site until our
investigation is complete. The findings from this situation will be raised
before our Haudenosaunee Confederacy Council tomorrow.
The Haudenosaunee are committed to ensure that Great Law of Peace is
respected and followed at the Reclamation Site. Today's incidents are
reflective of the misjudgment and reactions of a limited few. Those
individuals will be dealt with in a manner harmonious with the Great Law of
Peace. We are committed to working with the Ontario Provincial Police to de-
escalate this situation.

This Land Dispute is nothing new been going on for over three hundred years but people think that it has just started remember Natives where here first and have lived with the other races fairly peacefully.even though they got pushed to the reserves and told to live there while everyone took everything away from them slowly
As for the blockades well if you can not get attention to situations through talking and diplomacy well what do you expect

Ok besides the very obvious grammar problems with this statement we all have to remember that the Mohawks came to Canada at the very same time the Anglo-American refugees came here.
Don't try and add extra weight to a tenuous claim by saying the 'whitey' is doing the 'Soldier Blue' in Caledonia because it just 'aint true.

No offense to you donny but beating up camera men from a news source that tries to be fair just for filming stuff that you don't want seen (cause you know beating up on two old people doesn't look to good on tv) isn't a very smart move. Pissing off the town isn't good. I heard many residents phone in voicing their support for the natives until they started blockades in the town. All the militants have done is hurt their own cause.
