$1:
A Liberal majority on the House of Commons ethics committee voted down an opposition motion calling on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to appear before the committee to answer questions over his vacation on the Aga Khan's private island, which breached conflict-of-interest rules.

The shiny pony's riding off into the sunset again.

I think all elementary school teachers should play Junior's press conference to their students.

Just normal Lieberal corruption.

And just normal walking away from it, because Lieberals lie.

'Oh, because they didn't discuss 'business', according to Commission, it's all OK. '

Who here is stupid and gullible enough to swallow that ?

Better the parents.

"I am just curious about how you feel about being the first prime minister ever found guilty of a federal crime," a young woman asked.

"If he is a longtime family friend of yours, since you've known [him] since [he was] a kid, you're probably not supposed to be giving money to his foundation. And if he is a lobbyist, and you are giving money to his foundation, then you probably shouldn't be taking bribes from him," she added.

Just for the record, he actually hasn’t “been found guilty of a crime”.

Also Trudeau wasn’t involved in giving the Aga Khan or his foundation anything. The fundation is one of over a dozen charities that receive government funding and has been receiving it since 2004.

That said, these rules exist for a reason and JT clearly violated them, he can’t just pull a Rob Ford and break rules saying it’s ok because “no harm no foul “

Indeed.
Moral of the story: This is all legal.

Get used to it, folks.

Oh FFS.
I'm going to visit the Aga Khan, so in order not to violate rules I'm flying a Forces helicopter and crew down there in a C130 to the BAhamas to get me to the island and you can pay him $2000 a day so it appears I'm not getting any favours

It's no surprise you support the corruption.

To he fair, the rules are pretty clear and unequivocal about this He’s in violation. It just so happens that his intentions were innocent but rules are there for good reason and it’s not up to him to decide when it’s ok to ignore them.
