An other excellent (but lengthy) post of marcarc. I am too a preacher of DD but see that a Bureaucracy Watch task force (similar to environment watch group) would help on these. Do we not have these types of groups in place? I thought this Canadian Taxpayer group was supposed to look after these kind of matters. They will reoccur again and if DD is not in place, then we better make sure we have better watch mechanisms in place.
