Haha, making budget cuts to federal institutions, fiscal responsibility, deeper market integration, and corporate tax breaks are all conservative beliefs iluvfreebeer. All of these ideas were being implemented by the Liberal government. NAFTA and the surplus budgets were handled by the Liberal government, and they would have gone with those corporate tax cuts too, if their balls weren't being saved by the NDP.<br /> Anyways, to the main topic.
