Considering that the FA Cup is nearly as old as Canada, there's a helluva lot more tradition in English soccer than any sport in Canada.

The first FA Cup competition in season 1871-72 had fifteen entries

May want to reassess that statement. :lol:


...edit...the Stanley Cup has be around since 1892.....the Grey cup since 1909.
