Yes. That's pretty much all the predator and global hawk do. But does the Army need a ground vehicle to go in circles, probably not. But i bet that nearly everyone who is involved in NASCAR has some sort of off-road vehicle, and knows how to drive it.

I suppose the next step is to put a black #3 decal on the windows and tape the driving directions on the steering wheel. "Drive to corner, turn left, drive to next corner turn left, drive to next corner turn left, drive to next corner turn left.....repeat until beer runs out."
