Who 'Wooden' want one of these?
Custom Built 2009 Wooden Car
This custom wooden car rides on a 1986 Toyota truck frame and gets power from a Chrysler 318 engine. It is driven by an automatic transmission and has merely 1,800 miles on its speedometer. The whole body is made of cedar and its interior is just as over-the-top as the exterior.Woody 7.jpgWoody 8.jpgWoody 2.jpgWoody 5.jpg
looks like a rolling sauna Yogi !!
Made me think of a 'Hope Chest' for some reason!
Obviously a 'Chick magnet' eh Rosie!

I wouldn't mind 'trying' to get used to owning/driving one of these.
Would actually go pretty good with Martins RV!
Mercedes V10 Quad Turbo sports job that has a body made of white gold! Not gold paint, but gold alloy sheet metal.
The specially made car features a newly developed V10 quad turbo with 1,600 horsepower and 2800nm of torque. It is said to be able to go from 0-100km/h in less than 2 seconds, and can go a 1/4 mile in 6.89 seconds running on biofuel.
Cost of this “jewelry store on wheels” is reported to be $2.5 million – or enough money to feed the poorer populations of many Arab countries for months.

Rolls Royce Phantom

I watched a documentary a few hours ago on how they build these and I was absolutely AMAZED at the quality of how they're built. I'd love to own one of them but they're really pricey.
One car I recently saw driving around with Monaco plates was the Ferrari Enzo, a beauty:

There were only 400 Enzos produced so it was cool to actually see one in person here in Berlin (Why anybody would drive from Monaco to Berlin in one of these makes me wonder).
National Geographic Megafactories
Yeah I saw that too absolutelt amazing
I've seen a couple of Enzo's ( one black and one red )around here, not trying to be smug. But supercars really arn't all that appealing anymore when you got so many of them around. Specialy in this part of town.
Like the other day I went to the local store to get some bread and landed next to a Mucielago at the lights. Just a 5 min drive from and into teh Marina and on the weekend is car lovers havem.
A friends wife born and brought up in Canada were on vacation here two years back and one of the first things she said is does everybody drive a Range Rover here ?

Haha you watched it too
Dubai is just a money pit! I saw a contest at the Dubai airport to win a Maybach recently, the place is just crawling with supercars.
I saw this car last month in Austria at an auto museum:
The Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III

.. and ..
The Daimler Vanden Plas

The Daimler Vanden Plas was in use at Buckingham Palace and it's massive.
Not really into anything classic pre 60's

Neat pics DD
Rare indeed to see anything like these around here. And those we do are certainly not 'daily drivers'!
Never heard of a Maybach before. Got anymore info on that one? That A-R-T built for the prince is one ugly -ass vehicle. Rosie and 'Q' could definitely put that one to good use!

Maybach is to Mercedes as Lexus is to Toyota.
Its essentially a high end Merc, and maybe sell 150 cars a year.
Cuz having an S class just aint good enough anymore.

Started as a German car company that got canned at the end of WW2.
You weren't a proper African Dictator, till you had a Maybach.
