Any volcal harmonic folk song is cool by me Boss. Don't matter who sings it......so long as they do it good.

Listen to you - the law listening fell'er in cowtown. I know it was just the clip but I wanted to hear it anyway to see if I had it. I don't have it. I'll work on getting that album for you though.

If you have these songs already and you want me to broadcast them, PM me.

you should listen to the Shores of Newfoundland. They used to play every Wed at the Tir 'Na Nog in Kingston (my home away from home). I love those guys.

Think my folk's played nothing but ballads and eastern tune's those early years and it got beat into my head. I think if he never went west for a vacation we would have settled in the east. Not much music available in Cooksville in the 60's,whatever records you could get of the Chad Mitchell trio or Harry Belafonte or what you brought over from across the pond.

Anyone ever heard of "Buddy and the other feller's"?

bossdog @ Mon Apr 03, 2006 3:16 pm

yikes, I don't think I have that one. Which artist do you prefer?
