It worked for me on Winamp but not on Windows media player

   

Hmm. Well, that's no biggie. Other people have been having that problem as well. WMP sucks anyways.

Weird. That's probably something Trev needs to address. It's his radio station after all.

I wouldn't have a clue as to why only Winamp works properly. Internet and network tech is not my area of expertise.

   

Port freaking 80!! That will make it work, or it should...

   

I tried that. It won't connect for me on port 80.

And now it won't connect for me at all becuase winamp tells me I don't have the correct password.

   

You cant switch it, whoever is running it has to switch it from 8000 to 80.

When Trev was broadcasting it work on winamp, WMP, and nero. I haven't tried realplayer or itunes yet. I thought it sounded best on Nero. Nero opens automatically for me when I click winamp on the CKA Radio page. I need to manually open winamp if I want to listen there.

   

its port 8000 not 80. 80 is the www port.

I will look at why wmp and itunes is not working.

   

I know port 80 is the regular www port, but radio will run through it too and it tends to work better when it does. Especially for those of us with resrticted connections...I get lots of other stations!

I just wanted to see if anybody can connect and hear what's playing as a test. If there is any problems you hear, let me know...
