Here's mine. Top bar retracts to just the tabs, bottom is hidden when a window is open until I bring the mouse to the bottom of the screen.

I've used Rainmeter and it had some great pics: here

but since I have installed john's background switcher with multi-monitor support I really have the best of flicker/facebook and my own personal pics every time I change screens.
