What kind of help are you looking for?

Isohunt has an IRC chat, I think, but I've never actually been to it.

   

ISO or Pirates Bay, both have help forums I believe.

My flipping VCR didn't tape a couple of shows, and I'm trying to find them on Bit Torrent but can't (and I'm new to the site). Can anyone give me the links for them? They shouldn't be hard to find.

there is nothing on the bittorrent site, it is just a technology, like FTP.

I recommend utorrent for a client http://www.utorrent.com/
install that, then visit any of the sites i mentioned above, and when you click the download link, it ill open up in this program, asking you where to save the file.

   

Found 24, but still not the Apprentice S06E02 yet.

I like using Torrent reactor (.net I think). You can almost always find what you want there.
