Brah, no one is excusing this person's behaviour. (S)he needs to held to account, and by extension, needs help. But, your deluding yourself if you don't realize liking young children is a mental condition. It's an illness, as sure as it was mental illness when Vince Li thought Tim Mclean was an alien and cut his head off because of it. No one defended Vince, and no one is defending Jessica or Jason. No one.
Leave the ad hominem attacks out of this discussion, debate the points.
I was watching a youtube panel discussion of legitimate transvestites who I would call
'her" or "him" if they asked me to, because they were sincere, reasoned and polite and had worked on their transitions. They pointed at something they seemed to be suggesting but didn't outright say.
Basically they suggested this Yaniv wallow in the mud is something that could only have happened in Canada.
I think they have a point. Two reasons.
1. The Kangaroo courts of Canadian human rights tribunals gave a voice to something that one would hope would never make it to a legitimate court trial.
2. The social justice warring administration of Justin Trudeau passed laws and pushed a policy that as a consequence protected frauds like Yaniv by creating what one of the panelists called "an open borders" administration on transexualism where one became a man or woman simply by claiming to be one and there was threat of repercussion to anybody who challenged weirdos who were obviously just gaming the Canadian system - like Yaniv.
One of the panelists had been researching Yaniv since before the HR tribunals and she said Jessica was Jonathan up until the cases against the waxers started to get media coverage. Then all his social media accounts switched sexes, and he was able to get a publication ban on the tribunal story. But he had been going to the waxers as Jonathan, not Jessica claiming a transition to at least one business but not making any real effort to support the claim.
And this needs to be stressed. These ball-waxing cases are not in an actual court and there is no actual judge.
BC HR Tribunal members appear to try to pass themselves off as "judges" but to me they're more just a committee.

Human rights tribunals invite mockery towards the Canadian justice system and they need to be expunged.
Even easier to illustrate is the fact he's a victimizer and by his own admission in at least the Brazilian waxing workers' cases he doesn't care about the havoc he causes in his victims' lives -including the fact he's robbed at least a couple of them of the ability to make a living.
And this story currently has 17 pages in the News section of Google, Doc.
Feel free to link us to the Newfoundland toe stubbing story that beats that.
And the story isn't going away either.
Remember how we were seeing Yaniv turn up at his Human Rights tribunal on a mobility scooter?
Watch him running down the street smashing the Rebel's David Menzies over the head with his pink cane (which he obviously doesn't need to get around anymore than he needs a mobility scooter).
Kind of funny. Kind of sad. I almost feel sorry for the lunatic. And no, I don't mean Menzies.
I'm more pissed about these human rights tribunals though. The media of other countries are pointing at Canada over this Yaniv matter and mocking us.
Not even Yaniv would be crazy enough to bring this car-wreck of a clown show before an actual court. He wouldn't have been able to afford it for one thing but with human rights tribunals the Canadian taxpayer picks up the tab for the accuser regardless of who wins.
Come to think of it I'm wondering now who subsidized Jonathan's disability scooter.
And like what seems to be anything that's currently wrong with Canada if you trace Human Rights Tribunals back to their origins they were another brainstorm from the regime of Justin's dad - Pierre Trudeau.
