The MacDonalds just keep their privates warm by burying them into wool. The fact that it's still attached to a sheep, is a bonus for them.....you knew I was going to say it 
The Campbells long ago gave up their privates when coupling with the English. Being natural catchers as opposed to pitchers, they really didn't need 'em anymore anyway.

Don't always listen to idiots. A kilt can be worn for whatever the person wants. Wedding, grad, fly fishing, or paint ball.
Anyone who would be foolish enough to wear a kilt 'out on the field' is going to come away with a completely new understanding of the word 'paintball'!!!

In many cases a Kilt is considered traditional dress in Canada. The Canadian Highland Regiments use it all the time as do a number of Pipe and Drum Bands and have for a few hundred years on Canadian soil. Mid Eastern dress and the like have not been.

At graduation? Hmmm, I don't think so. The school had the rule "dress pants". I don't think this would be a news item if it was normal for everyone to wear their traditional garb to a graduation.
To a Scot a kilt IS dress pants...
