I never liked those stickers, people think it implies that soldiers will attack them if they do not support them. When really the best way to stop a Canadian solider is to have a line of unarmed civilians stand in front of them.
I suppose it catchier than saying "If you don't stand behind our troops, express your opinion on their affairs respectfully"

I just don't understand why these people think that a protest like this would make any difference. Besides the fact that it just pisses people off instead of changing their minds about anything, Cherry is a supporter of the troops, not neccesarily of the politics of the war. As far as I know he's not openly stated his opinion of the war itself, just his support of those who've been oredered to fight it.

Few people will talk about the Real Reason Canadian soldiers are dying-which is to prop up a corrupt govt that's intimately involved in the drug trade.
Everything else is just bull-it's all about drugs-Karzai's family are all in the drug business and he's Our Pal-what a disgrace!
