Seriously, unless there were pre-existing ill-will between the step-mother and the offender, it seems a bit over-the-top to have him prosecuted.

I did the same once, and we all laughed about it. Only if assault or unlawful entry occurred should he be in trouble

Touching a woman's breasts without her consent is assault. Entering a premises you don't have permission to enter is unlawful(aka trespassing). Looky there, he got in trouble.
