Plus, Canada isn't even mentioned as being on the list....
Maybe the didn't include us because they wanted to see what would be the best country in the world if Canada wasn't around to take the title, 
GB needs to see this,

Canada should be in there.

It is quite funny, because The Netherlands was stated 4th in the "deadliest natural disaster-list" just after the Philipines, (twice) and Indonesia, because of the heat last summer
So what is it based on anyway???
