My guess is they, the superintendent, had to say something and the repremand is prolly a verbal one just like he said. Not a career implicating one. We all know for every 10 people saying "ahh the bosses are being dicks" there is someone out there going "man someone should do something about this". Its a cover your ass world we live in!

   

ray, just the Bosses have the stiff upper lip mate! The other 59 Million Brits are mere plebs.....

   

Well...they were on duty...so they should have been acting like they were working...
