this has to be the wierdest thing ever. he has to spend forever on the bus? remaining calm when killing someone and showing people the head, body parts in his pocket? says nothing then asks to die... this is just ultra-hannibal here. what kind of mental disease could it be!?

How can you point at a political party, everyone is too quick to point fingers at politicians. The man in question was in some sort of phsyciatric care in the past, Blame his wife for not committing him, blame the health care system in whatever province he was treated in for not making him an inpatient. As far as politics goes, the only blame I see there is the fact that there is no law stating we can lock up mental cases if they refuse treatment.
