What a stupid fucking question.

The CBC seems to get more idiotic every year.

I have been a Montreal fan for 40 years.

As a Canadian, I will support ALL Canadian teams
as far as they go in the playoffs.

If Montreal makes it to the Cup final, well that's easy :)

I cheer for all Canadian teams EXCEPT Montreal

Next on the list is Detroit, Boston, Chicago and after that, I really don't care  Well and also the Flyers for nostalgic reasons.

Now, if by SOME fluke the final winds up being Montreal vs San Jose or something, I'll cheer for Montreal.
As it stands right now.. GOOOOO CANUCKS!!!

I cheer for the Flames cause I live in Calgary, When I lived ion Dartmouth I cheered for the Habs (it was them or the leafs)
When I lived in the Peg I cheered for the Jets
Whoever makes it further gets my vote, I'll cheer for both until then, Martin's right about the CBC, nerve to even ask the question since they didn't even bother showing game 7 of Washington Montreal.

Well I was born in Vancouver so theres that. Lived most my life in Montreal though. I will cheer for both teams until the end up against each other in the final. Then well at least the cup will be coming home.

Canucks. If by some miracle the Habs outlast the Canucks, they Win by default.

Along these lines, except it's only 10 or so years. Haha

Even though I used to really hate the Habs when I was younger (mostly because they were always winning), I've outgrown my youthful immaturity and now cheer for any Canadian team in the playoffs.

I wish them both luck, but don't think either one will make it out of this round.

The answer is Chicago. The Blackhawks have more Canadians on their roster than any of the other 7 teams still in the 2010 playoffs.
Chicago (20)
Vancouver (18)
Philadelphia (17)
Pittsburgh (16)
San Jose (14)
Montreal (13)
Boston (12)
Detroit (11)

So Canada's team is the Chicago Blackhawks.

Canucks.

The Blackhawks can be Canada's team when Chicago joins Confederation.

Surprised we haven't heard from any whiny laffs fans. I would have thought being the centre of the universe automatically made them Canada's team. Oh yeah, you need to make the playoffs to be considered for this question.
