I live about 1/2 hr away from where this happened, and it is the ONLY topic of conversation no matter where I went. The nice folks at the local Peavey Mart are ready to donate the all the rope required to 'string the little bastards up'. Afterwards, the ropes will be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the local animal shelter!
Not one person that I spoke to feels that these are 'poor, misguided children'. The whole city is outraged. As am I. Not likely that their names can be published due to their ages but I am positive that I will be hearing the names as I know a lot of people who live there.I WILL face criminal charges if I cause their names to be published at any time!
WTF. Help me figure out a way to do it!

use a code.. something simple.. a=1, b=2, etc etc.
or find out if that charge is good for outside canada , cause some expats somewhere ( 
) may not need to worry about being charged..
funny how i could never be able to kill a cat or a dog, but i dont have the same problem with humans..

This is very scary and very sad. These kids have a problem and they need to be seen by a therapist. These children can end up being psychopaths. Someone needs to intervene now.

Don’t hold your breath that justice will be handed out here. Canada’s animal abuse laws are so weak, that if Mike Vic had been running dog fighting up here, he would have been playing football this past season.

The Liberals back in 2000 tried to introduce an animal cruelty bill with some actual teeth, but the Canadian Alliance filibustered it, with such ridiculous arguments as:

The Liberals should have started with human to human cruelty maybe they would have gotten better results on this one.
