If you are required to wear a uniform, regardless if its for work, school or otherwise, you should follow the rules. PERIOD It really should not matter what religion or faith or.... rock band you follow because the uniform is a standard for everyone.

Yeah! Just like the RCMP and the C(A)F. Oh wait a minute, those uniforms were changed to accomodate women, natives, sikhs, etc. Never mind.

I have no problem with changing it for women - i mean there are differences

On a brief serious note, I think all religions should be treated equally.
For the rest: Do you really want these people to blend in? Isn't there some advantage to knowing who's willing to wear their religion on their sleeve as it were?
