It would be fine if it were only families using the pool.

Damn liberal Alberta and their "unisex" change rooms. [but]

As long as we sexuliase things, the notion of unisex changerooms will make a difference to 15-year-old boys. Beyond that demographic, why is this any issue?

Here's a for instance. You have someone, be it a 15 year old boy or an adult who decides he or she is going to shove a camera under the barrier and start snapping photo's of someones daughter changing. The world is full of predators.

It's an issue because the designer is not delivering what was earlier promised. Hence, people dont want to pay for it.

He'll get caught right away.
They'll have "security" cameras all over the place.

No it's not assuming the worst. It's preventing a problem. I say spend the extra cash put in separate change rooms and move on.

Oh right. The minority defines the majority! Whether you accept it or not, the simple fact is that you're more likely to be run over by a drunk driver than have to worry about your womenfolk at the eyes of a paedophile. However, if worrying over the rather unlikely soothes you in some way, pray continue.

How about we reinforce the roof in case Osama Bin Laden decides that public pools are the new WTC? I mean, you can never be too careful!
