This just helps homeowners upgrade their homes.
How does this keep Liberal family members employed?
This does nothing to increase the size of government.

This incentive does little to help. Let's face it, most moderate income households are already in homes that are 30 years or younger. Their level of greenhouse emissions are probably 30-50% lower than that of a low income person living in a home of 30 years plus.

It's mostly older homes that need new windows, doors, better insulation, upgraded furnaces and appliances. Most low income earners don't have the money to put out for an energy review plus repairs. So they won't qualify for this incentive.

Some may it if we have a program this is a better way to go then carbon credits.
