I'd be more inclined to believe this prediction if it didn't come from the same assholes who allowed the virus to turn into a world wide pandemic before telling the rest of the world to shut their borders.

   

Then you should believe it, because WHO didn't do that. China did.

And ignore growing evidence it was spreading before anyone figured out it was even a thing...

It's been on the loose since October last year and despite mounting evidence that it was human transmittable, deadly and highly contagious it still took the organisation responsible for ensuring it didn't turn into a pandemic 5 months and a study conducted in February to figure it out and then wait till the middle of March to warn the rest of us?

Explain to me again why we should forgive and forget that the offending parties failed in their duty to stop this very event from happening?

   

At this point the WHO is like the fire department that showed up late and your house burnt down.

We still need them to fight the fire before the whole neighborhood goes up in smoke. At this point ANY help is better than none. Yes, the WHO leadership will need to be investigated and replaced but prosecution and recriminations will need to take a back seat till the crisis is addressed and the numbers are on the mend.

Sorry, they burnt their credibility and now its up to the many sovereign nations to come up with a treatment and vaccine because the WHO clearly cannot be trusted.

   

They are the only ones we have with the means to fight the fire. Trust has nothing to do with it now, just results.

   

CDC is way ahead of WHO in resources and skills.
