It doesn't sound like a very bright idea probably a a little too much white lightrning. He should get shocked himself before going off to jail.

You've got to be kidding me! I remember old neighbors of mine had a dog with an electric collar and when that dog crossed the line I'd never heard such a yelp! The father should be locked up, poor kids.

There's also those collars that spray citric juice in the nose or eyes when the dog barks. You could program it for yells/cry.

According to Okada, the father didn't do it as a punishment. Rather, he thought it was funny.

He did it just for kicks apparently, WTF, I hate people. I wouldn't even use one of these things on my dogs.
