Wait, what? A lefty acting violently towards someone who doesn't agree with their ideology?

Fascism; It's not just for right-wingers anymore.

Not sure I believe the Dude's story.

Apparently they're both Democrats, so either the Democrat's campaign was engaging in thuggery, or the Democrat was laying false charges.

Take your pick. :|

Seems the police do.

I take it you've never heard of "the sins of the father"?
Maybe I should take a look at your offspring and relatives, then punish you for whatever they've done.

Well, I'll be more specific: I don't think it happened the way he described. That is, he confronting them almost innocently then they attacking him unprovoked. Not that it matters much, just think it's more Aggravated Assault than outright Assault.

No, I get that, but where were you when I was being told the fact that Ted Cruz had to fire one of his campaign staff for misdeeds meant he was a bad manager and couldn't be trusted to make executive decisions?

I'm not following your train of thought. What is an "outright assault" and what is it about this incident that has you thinking it's "more aggravated assault than outright assault"?

His story is he came up to them and said, "Come on guys what are you doing? This is my office." Then they go ballistic on him. Not buying it.

Regardless though, whatever gets decided in Court is fine with me.

His story is quite believable. I've run across jag-offs like that. And oddly enough they tended to be the offspring of cops, judges, clergy or politicians.

I think you're confused about what makes an assault "aggravated".

I'm sure the local D.A. will be happy to know that. :)
