Sure the old guy stole a lot of money but is sentenced to 150 years in prison while Vince Li isn't criminally guilty for the brutal murder of an innocent citizen right? Comforting to see that North American justice has its priorities straight.

The old bastard's 70, don't put him in jail. Instead, take all his money, all his houses, all possessions, sell them and give the money to charity. Then give him a shopping cart, a sleeping bag and $5 and tell him to live on the streets.

The problem with that is he'll have squirreled so much away that they'll never find it all. The first second he ever gets out for any reason, he'll be gone.

He's 70, he will get 150 years minus that he plead guilty and good behavior that will make it 90 years. He will be 160 when he get's out.

They should start by seizing his family's assets as well. Madoff claims he only has 3 grand left, ya right. 
Every cent in his wife’s account should be taken and divided up between the investors.

Deeply sorry, but not gonna give any money back. Guess Peter Pocklington and he will have lots to talk about in jail.
