Just got a phone call saying that King Edward campus in Vancouver has been evacuated because of a gas smell

Two witnesses told CBC News that immediately after the explosion, they saw a man dressed in dark clothing running from the area. It is not clear if the man was fleeing the explosion or was involved in the incident.
Yeah! I have always noticed that folk tend to run like hell when that happens.

Word is he came to VR for r&r and some dialysis treatment due to our easily accesible medical system for illegal immigrants.
