My guess is that no matter what the outcome is in his hearing this guy is fucked.

He'll likely be found guilty of a hate crime by virtue of his colour and propensity for stupidity and even if he isn't, he's probably dead meat anyway for bad mouthing those poor black gentlemen with whom he had that minor altercation. :roll:

So let me get this straight. When you stab whitey in the head and neck with a knife before beating him with large blunt intrument it's a being investigated offence but, when whitey calls you a F%^kin N%^gger on facebook while laying in his hospital bed even if it's in jest it's a hate crime?

A bunch of black guys gang up, viciously beat and nearly kill some white guy. Not a peep from them. Some white guy responds with some heated words (understandable) as they just tried to kill him and viciously beat him up but he retracts those words moments after and hes the one being investigated for a hate crime? Right.

Well you see you're fore fathers have put you at a disadvantage when they brought over black slaves and didn't treat most of them nicely. America was segerated in living memory of many.

So now its political correctness and guilt for past deeds that deals the African Americans a better hand when ever it comes to White Vs Black issues.

Not saying its right, I've met a few who themselves are extremelt racists not just against whites but us brown folk as well. Personally I think its wrong when its perfectly ok for them to be calling each other N!&&3rs, but becomes a serious issue when someone else does. If the word is so frowned upon by the black community then they are the first ones who have to banish it. Either it is or it isn't can't have it both ways.

As for the fool, no love for him, he wasn't it prison for jay walking in the first place and probably got beat up for refusing to be bubba's bitch.

Most of the slaves 'owned' in Canada were natives, and were on French Canada where under French law you could own slaves. So, their guilt trips do not work on me.

Besides, how can using ni**er be a hate crime? EVERY race on the planet has its share of 'em.
To me, that word isn't about skin colour but about life-style.
For example, there a LOT of black people I met over the years that certainly wouldn't qualify for that monicker. ON the other hand, I've also met plenty of white people that fit the description to a "T".
