Prostition is far from the victimless crime. It does a lot of damage to a lot of people including the people in the trade. It should remain illegal.

It was very disappointing for me that a judge would determine that this is the best solution for protecting people in the sex trade industry," Falle told CTV's Canada AM Wednesday morning.

Yeah, cuz we all know how much safer they were when it was illegal

Adultery is not a victimless crime either. Should we make that illegal? People want to sell their bodies for money then who are you to say they can't? Its none of your business.

Legalize it, regulate it and tax it. They do in Australia and it works well for them. In the end we'll provide protection for many more girls and provide many more opportunities for them to leave the profession.

In Canada, prostitution is not illegal. But regardless, how has keeping it illegal stopped it in any way. Better to bring it above ground and regulate it. People mentioned Germany as an example. When i was young I went to Europe and wanted to try a hooker where it was legal. Amsterdam just turned me off, but Hamburg was very nice. You went to this bar, sat at a table, and the girls would use the phones on the table to ask if you wanted company. I said no to the first, not hard feelings, then chose a beautiful blonde. She was working to save enough to buy a flower shop, she said.

She was very nice, but it wasn't something I would do again. I gotta have some sense of mutual attraction, even if it's only for that night.
