He'd probably have to take time off from the UFC to do that eh?

Who cares? Let him. He'd bring back the gold for Canada no problem.

No contest, let him in.

You're talking the world's best wrestlers here. I don't think it would be a cakewalk for him.
I wouldn't be suprised to see him in the medals though, he's a tough, determined dude.
Very driven.

I don't know.

Wrestling is very different from MMA.

Would be nice though, lets see what happens.

He's got a good ground game, it wouldn't be a huge stretch for him, some training and all the qualifiers and I'm sure he's in.
He'd need the break from MMA to seriously compete, but he's got enough money.
It's nice to see a French Canadian wanting to represent our counrty (other than the soldiers that is).

He has amazing endurance, I think he'd have a good chance at bring back some medals let him in.

He actually trains daily in classic wrestling. He takes an hour each day to train strictly BJJ, Muai Thai, and classic high school type wrestling.

I say let him try out like any other wrestler. If he's good enough take him. If not let him train like anyone else and give it another shot in 4 years.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the ground game. he'd have to remember what moves are taboo in wrestling but he is MORE than olympic fit and BJJ practioners spend their life on the mats "rolling".

He's got my vote for sure
