Fortunatle we don't to have to put with this BS in North America. It is real important to keep it that way.

The only word you missed is...... yet.

Just wait, it will happen.

Fuck the moslems. I'm not accommodating them by changing my eating habits anymore than I'd bend to please an Orthodox Jew. Their problems are their problems and not mine.

Amen bro....if THEY have a problem with their food storage or whatever let them supply their own fridge/stove/microwave! Don't try to make everyone else bow to their dietary considerations.....

Remember the story is set in the UK where they willing allowed young girls to be raped and turned into prostitutes rather than upset those 'other' faiths.

First they came for our girls, now our bacon. When will it stop.

Eventually they'll come for your homosexuals and secular leftists. Maybe that'll get your attention. Maybe not. We'll see.

How about this suggestion: If you don't like what I'm eating for lunch don't eat it.

Exactly, I have no restrictions on what I eat and I don't care what YOU eat or don't eat.

See I don't get it. I've gone to BBQs at a Muslim friends place and all he did was use a separate grill for the food he cooked and what non Muslims cooked. There have even been occasions when he didn't want to wait and used the same grill. We had grilled beef sausage(non halal) and his wife(a convert due to marriage) and his wife did some grilled chicken wings. He ate our salads and buns and pickles, and dessert and we ate what he he and his wife prepared. he just didn't eat the sausage....thought it smelled good and said he was tempted to try it.

Shep, the group you are talking about we can all get along with. Accommodations can be made with same tolerance on both sides. What irritates us is the idea that we need to change our lunch diets to accommodate the Islam Uber Alles group.

If Moslems or any other group doesn't like what I eat for lunch at work that is unfortunate but I am not overly concerned.

I sounds like you were at a great BBQ.
